Single room in large house in quiet res area

Single room with sunny outlook at front of house. Shared use of kitchen, shower room and bathroom. Room includes ample storage, TV, desk, microwave, kettle, wifi and comfortable bed. Ample parking outside the property, which is 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Live in landlord and wife lead busy lives and have a cat. Landlord is an artist.
There are two other flatmates who share the facilities and they are both friendly and considerate but value their privacy.
There is no access to a washing machine, but there is a Launderette within two minutes walk.
