Ideally I'm looking to rent the room from September, but this is negotiable if required.

The bathroom is recently refurbished having a bath with shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail. You would have sole use of this bathroom the majority of the time.

There is use of the washing machine, fully fitted kitchen, tv room and off street parking space.

The room is in a detached family house within a residential area in pretty Langton Green village within 5 minutes walk of high street for all basic provisions. 1 mile walk, short drive or cycle to Tunbridge Wells town centre. Also a regular bus service to 2 local mainline stations and town centre running every 12 minutes. Tunbridge Wells hospital is a 25 minute drive away.

There is a also a small friendly dog in residence.
