A light double bedroom ( south facing ) in a 5 bedroom house. You have to share with one other person the main bathroom in the house. There is a large sitting room and another large extention with a garden with a large terrace. The road is 10 min walking distance to the station and 10 min walk to the Pantiles and about 15 minute to the Victoria Centre. I am off travelling on the 1st January so looking for a professional so the house will be shared between 2 lodgers. It is a bright happy house. There is free parking on the road so no permit needed.
