Cosy Double Room in Central Tunbridge Wells

My lovely apartment is 10 mins walk from Tunbridge Wells train station and overlooks a church.

This is a short term let only - no minimum but a max 6 months. Any limited extensions can be negotiated depending on circumstances.

I sometimes get messages from couples who are interested in the room - but please note: No Couples will be considered.

You will also require a profile or at least a photo on this website, for a response. It is unlikely that I will respond to random emails with no picture. I need to know who I am speaking with.

The room size is 6'10" wide and 12' in length. Please bear this in mind.

I'd like a respectable flat mate, someone who respects a home but keeps the more louder and sociable part of their life outside (like me). The last tenant was very respectable so I would hope for the same.

This could also suit someone who needs accommodation for a short period of time (up to 6 months) while they are in between homes (you may want to live with other friends for example but need somewhere "for now") or just looking for somewhere to stay temporarily for work, Wimbledon tennis tournament etc.

The flat sells itself; it's close to the town centre and the A21/M25 and the premises itself is immaculate. You need to be clean and respectful and full references will be required.

I work freelance so I am in and out of the flat a lot.

Me - I am very sociable and love to go out like anyone else. I play football quite a bit. I'm very easy going so long as you are.

The deposit is also negotiable depending on how long you stay.

Please also note that if your stay here is less than a month, the rent will be determined on a daily/weekly rate that is negotiable.
