No Deposit, Single Room, 3/4 Double Bed

Room is in an outhouse. Clean, warm, dry, well insulated. Outside toilet next to room.

All other amenities are shared, bathroom, Kitchen, share of a fridge freezer, use of a microwave and cooker, use of washing machine, etc.

There is plenty of parking, I own a small parcel of agricultural land that is partly used for parking.

The house is in a countryside position on the outskirts of Upchurch close to the village and its shops and close to Rainham, Gillingham, Hempstead, Chatham etc.

You really need your own transport to live here, a bike or a car. There are buses, but they are infrequent, or you can walk to Rainham to the station 3/4 hr, (extremely good daily exercise!).

Trains run roughly every 20 mins.
