Double room in a 2 bed terrace on quiet residential street with dedicated parking and free on street parking. Close travel links- 5 mins to A2/M2 junction, 5 mins car to Strood train station and 7 mins to Rochester.
Main bathroom with separate shower and bath, plus downstairs toilet. Separate cupboard and fridge/freezer space.
Bills included which includes fibre internet and sky Q UHD with sports. Netflix/movies can be added at additional cost.
Garden and outdoor seating area/furniture included. Table and chairs inside large living room with 2 sofas.
3 door wardrobe included in your double bedroom too with bed and mattress included plus chest of drawers. Room for another unit and tv but that’s up to you.
Preferred housemate is female as I have shared with females through university and generally find them more organised and easier to live with. I have had a couple stay too before as plenty of room.
I work shifts and require someone quiet and respectful but equally I want someone to feel comfortable and a home for them too.
