I have a nice big single room for £370/month (inc Bills, free high speed WiFi) in 3 bedr house (ME5 0TF) available from 16/1/2021 to share with two professionals.
Each room has the individual lock (however we have only trusted professionals living in the house).
It's like a home, rather than accommodation for rentals.
There is flat TV in the sitting room, hish speed broadband with unlimited downloads, new Combi boiler, big Fridge/freezer, where
you will have own shelves (as well as own place in kitchen cabbot).
There is secluded garden (where you can have dinner outside summer time), off-street parking as well as on-street near the house without restrictions.

It is a nice area with walks nearby and easy access to transport links and nice walks (at the end of the street).
