Double room for rent

The house is a 3 bed house, 2 doubles and 1 single. I am a live in landlord and the only occupant. The room is furnished.

2 cats live at the address and there is also a gym.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

I work shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends and so would like a fairly quiet housemate who is clean and tidy. I work full time and do 10 hour shifts so am out the house quite a lot, however I do like a chilled night on the sofa with a film.

I would like someone who is thinking of staying long term (more than 4 months).
