This is currently unfurnished but I can provide bed / other basics if needed. pets considered. No deposit required, rent just due for the month ahead.

VERY large room to rent in a 4 bedroom spacious family house - Walderslade ME5 in a quiet cul de sac location with gorgeous views across the village.

The room will comfortably fit a double bed and small sofa and some other small items such as drawers/desk etc.

Currently used as living room but will be emptied and unfurnished. Decor is neutral with an accent wall. Large windows which makes the room feel even more spacious, letting in lots of natural light.

Shared bathroom and two toilets in property. Shared use of kitchen. Well behaved pet welcomed too. Lovely large outside garden space.

£550 per month with bills included.
