Spare room available to rent in a clean, modern house.

The room has plenty of storage space with 2 IKEA drawer units and a small walk-in wardrobe area. There is currently no bed in the room, however I can comfortably provide either a new single bed or fit a double if needed once the deposit is paid. The bed and mattress will both be brand new from IKEA.

The house is clean, modern, and located in a quiet area with easy street parking and a driveway. A gym, supermarket, bus stop, and open fields are all very close by — perfect if you enjoy nature and walks.

I work full-time, keep the house tidy, and travel away multiple times during the week. I’m looking for a clean and respectful professional who works full-time and can comfortably afford the rent. No trouble or party lifestyle please.

All bills included — £550 per month.

Fast broadband is included, and there is already a TV in the room. The garden is also a great space to relax in.

The kitchen has all essential appliances.
