Double Room For Rent

up to date modern house with use of all appliances and facilities. if you would like more privacy there is a smaller back building with private bathroom & heating that you could stay in instead, but the spare room inside the house is also all yours. fair sized patio garden for fresh air.
we are a 3 minute walk to the beach and huge grass areas. price includes all bills. we also have a huge garage for storage.
all we ask is that you are easy to get along with! couples also welcome but the price will increase slightly to contribute more to gas & electric usage.
