Double Room by the beach

Large double room. Includes wardrobe, double bed, side draws & tv.

Always kept clean, so minimal housework is required. Looking for someone fairly relaxed but a hard worker. That can just do their own thing while I do mine.
The kitchen is stacked with gadgets & pans if like to cook.

I work from home mainly in the week, so need someone who works full time. I also do nights on weekends and have a large dog. He’s super well behaved so won’t be a problem.
We’re located 5 mon walk from the beach, 10/15 mins to the train station.
Space to park out front or in parking bay.
