Double - private bathroom - pool & jacuzzi

I have a double room available to rent with your own private bathroom in a lovely detached bungalow in Wateringbury. The room comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, built in bedside draws, clothes rails, storage trunk, electric blinds and full length mirror. The house is modern and well finished and features a cosy open fire, modern kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and a large decked area with outdoor seating in a private walled garden. The room rate includes all bills, a cleaner, window cleaner, gardener, pool cleaner and free parking.

You’ll be sharing the house with just myself, I'm 34, a local business owner occasionally working from home however I’m mainly based in the office. I'd say I'm easy going, tidy and social amongst friends and family enjoying nights out for dinners and drinks as well as nights in. My hobbies outside of work include traveling to see new places, trying new things, being out with friends, food and flying as I've recently passed my pilots licence.

I'm looking to share the house with someone who is around 25 - 40, someone who is easy going, tidy, social who enjoys nights out as well as nights in too.
