Lovely comfortable double room for single gentlema

I own a 4 bedroom house in welling greater london. I have let my two double upstairs room for a few years. Last two gentlemen stayed for about 2 years. The house is 5 minutes walk to station for central london which is about 30 minutes away.
The house is situated in a quiet road but within a few minutes walk to all supermarkets, pubs, restaurants.
The room is clean and bright with large screen tv, easy chair, a table which can be renoved if requested. All beddi g is supplied and can be laundered in utility room next to the kitchen. The shower room is shared with one other person and is cleaned regularly by a cleaner. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster alternatively the kitchen is available for your use.
