Double room in a spacious, sociable flat

I have a double room to rent in a friendly house share. The room has recently been refurbished and include lots of storage.

This is a very unique flat with a large kitchen and a large living area all fully furnished, including tumbledryer and speedy broadband. The flat is very close to local amenities, including a pharmacy, post office and convenience shop and many pubs are just a short walk. We have a weekly cleaner to clean the communal space. We ask tenants to contribute £35.00 per month for cleaner and household essentials (toilet roll, binbags, washing up liquid etc)

Buddy is my large, lovable pup. He's super friendly and enjoys walks and overnight stays at my mums. We also have a flat cat called Toffee.
