Fully furnished double room available in a 4 bedroom house located in a quiet close with off street parking. Property has central heating, double glazed, large shower room ( I have my own bathroom downstairs) and a large garden.
Near bus stops and train stations ,room is for 1 working professional.
Short drive to Blackheath and Greenwich for shopping and eating out.
I do not own a dog but due to my job running a daycare/boarding for dogs from home you must be comfortable around small/ medium sized dogs.
I am looking to share with someone who still enjoys nights out but has no desire to live in a party house.
Please note i do not have internet/ broadband connection at home and I am not looking to rent to someone who works from home.
