The room is fully furnished and includes a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair. The private kitchenette includes a microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer. There is also access to the shared main kitchen for cooking.

Access is provided to the shared bathroom with bath/shower, separate WC, garden and driveway.

The house is occupied by live-in landlords (a retired couple) who spend part of the year abroad.

Conveniently located close to Greenwich University (Avery Hill Campus) and Queen Mary's Hospital / Queen Elizabeth Hospital, all easily accessible by bus or car. The location may also suit teachers working nearby, including Bexley Grammar School and Blackfen School for Girls.

Nearby are Welling and Falconwood train stations (Zone 4), with regular services to Lewisham, London Bridge, Victoria and Charing Cross. Local bus routes include the 51 (to Woolwich Arsenal DLR) and 132 (to North Greenwich Station).
