The room includes a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair. There is also a small private kitchenette with microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer. The main kitchen in the house is also available for cooking.

The tenant will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC and garden. There is also a driveway with space for two cars.

The house is occupied by live-in landlords (a retired couple) who spend part of the year abroad. There is also one female lodger in her early 20s living in the house.

The property is conveniently located close to Greenwich University (Avery Hill Campus) and Queen Mary’s Hospital / Queen Elizabeth Hospital, all easily accessible by bus or car. It may also suit teachers working nearby, including Bexley Grammar and Blackfen School for Girls.

Nearby train stations include Welling and Falconwood (Zone 4), with regular services to Lewisham, London Bridge, Victoria and Charing Cross. Local bus routes include 51 (to Woolwich Arsenal DLR) and 132 (to North Greenwich Station).
