The room available is one of two en-suite bedrooms in a separate part of our family home. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the area has its own kitchen shared with one other lodger and separate entrance.
The room is fully furnished with a memory foam double bed, wardrobes and drawer storage, sofa, tv bracket and table/desk and chairs.
The kitchen has a full cooker/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and other necessary equipment and appliances. The kitchen will be normally used by the renter of this room and one other lodger. We have another family kitchen in the other part of the house for our own use so will only pop in and out of this seperate kitchen occasionally to make sure it’s kept in a clean and enjoyable state for all living here.
We are situated in the Bexleyheath/Welling area, with Bexleyheath station being a 12 minute walk, and a bus link to the Elizabeth line/crossrail just up the road. You can get into central London in around 30 minutes. There is also a stop for the B15 1 minute up the road and the 422/89/96/428/B16/51 about 10 minutes walk away,
The house is in a quiet area with plenty of parking. There’s a parade of shops 3 minutes walk round the corner (Co-op, Premier, Post Office, Chippy, Cafe, Bakery, Chemist, Beauty, hairdressers & barbers) A local park is also nearby.
Bexleyheath and Welling high streets are both within easy reach and have many restaurants, bars and shops, Bluewater is also only around 15 minutes away up the A2.
A professional female would be highly preferred due to the other lodger being a female.
The person suitable for renting this room needs to be very tidy and respectful of their room and communal areas. Unfortunately we CANNOT consider smokers (even those who smoke outside), pets or couples.
All bills are included in the rent, this includes high speed broadband and fortnightly professional cleaner.
