The bus stops are located a 3 min walk from the property going towards North Greenwich, Blackheath and Lewisham Woolwich and Bluewater.

The house is located on a quite residential street and with easy access to the A2 .

Local amenities include – Tesco Express, Tesco , Morrison’s, Lidl, , Iceland, gym, local shops / off licences, restaurants, pubs all within 15 minutes walk.

This guest house is a separate space and has an independent entrance but access to the guest house is through the main house and through the garden.

The Kitchen is located in the main house and is available to use.

The Guest House is fully furnished with a sofa bed, mini fridge kettle, large 42" Television and a microwave.

The Guest House has an en - suite bathroom containing a toilet and shower.
