I have a Double bedroom and Semi Double bedroom available in my home. I live in Welling area, on a residential road. 10-12 minutes’ walk to Welling Train Station, easy access to London, train to London bridge 25 minutes and London Victoria 36 minutes. 3 mins walk to bus stop direct to Woolwich Station for Elizabeth line or DLR. Easy access to local network.

8 min walk to Welling high street, supermarkets, gym, Café, restaurants and take away etc.

Rent for the double bedroom (size 11” 4 cm x 10”4 cm) £780, with a king size bed, wardrobe, and carpet (all bills included in the rent).
Rent for the semi double bedroom (size 9” x 10”) is £620, with a semi double bed, chest of drawers, and carpet (all bills included in the rent).

Available exclusively to a professional, nonsmoker. The room is not available to couples, sorry. Single occupancy only. Use of kitchen/Dining room, two bathrooms available in the property which you not sharing with lots of people.
Looking for politely neat and working professional.

My house is a 3-bedroom Detached house, with parking space, spacious kitchen with a patio door leading on to the garden.

Ideally you will be available to move in sooner rather than later.

References and deposit required (I will give you a lodger's contract). I am looking for at least 6 months stay; however, I am quite flexible in relation to the length of the stay.

One month's rent in advance and I change £780 for double room and £620 for semi double room as security deposit.
