A bright, comfortable room is available in our friendly family home in Welling. You’ll be sharing with a couple and two daughters (9 and 12). As the mum and younger daughter will be abroad for a few months, we’re ideally looking for a female tenant who prefers a calm, respectful environment.

5 mins walk to Welling Station and local buses

Room with basic furniture + small fridge

The property has 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, giving you access to a less used toilet/shower and dining space

Shared kitchen

✨ Ideal for: A tidy, considerate woman looking for a peaceful home with great transport links.
Guests: Occasional 1 guest allowed.

Rent Couples: £1,450 rent. (Though preference is for a single person)
