I have a vary large, recently decorated loft double bedroom available in my home. I live in Welling /Falconwood area, on a residential road. 15-20 minutes walk to Welling and Falconwood train stations, easy access to London, train to London bridge 25 minutes and London Victoria 36 minutes.

The room is very large, with a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, Storage unit and carpet.

All bills and internet access included in the rent.

Available exclusively to a professional, non smoker. The room is not available to couples, sorry. Single occupancy only.
Use of kitchen/Diner, 2 bathrooms and garden.

I'm an accountant and I live with my 16 year old son, plus our dog Roxy. We are very friendly, quiet and enjoy going out on the weekends to spend time with friends and family.

My house is a 4 bedroom terraced, with parking space, spacious kitchen with a patio door leading on to the garden. I have a garage and might be able to store some of your items if necessary..

Ideally you will be available to move in sooner rather than later.

References and deposit required ( I will give you a lodger's contract ). I'm looking for at least 6 month stay however, I'm quite flexible in relation to the length of the stay.

One month's rent in advance and I change £725 security deposit.

PCM ( includes all bills and internet access.
