Freshly decorated and furnished room. Well kept clean first floor flat with large garden in quiet cul-de-sac. Unrestricted parking in the road but limited. Walking distance to Kingshill and national railway with direct links to London Victoria and Ashford I international. Its 5 minute walk to the beautiful historic market town where there is a buzzing cafe and bar culture yet the countryside is on the doorstep. You need to love cats as I have an adorable one. I'm travelling away October 25th to November 20th this year and may ask you to feed and care for my cat whilst im away so please dont apply if you cant help with that. This is the reason I offer the room at the budget rate. I'm quiet and easy to get on with and passionate about protecting the planet. I have high standards of cleanliness and social awareness and I expect the same from you. I lead a quiet life in the week and l need my sleep so if you work night shifts this wouldn't work. I but I dont mind a bit more noise and fun at weekends.
