I bought this flat in Kings Hill, West Malling three years ago which had just been built.
My current housemate is moving away at the end of October.
I am a really clean/tidy person and I would need someone who will treat the place with the same respect I do.
Kings Hill is a lovely area with everything you need nearby.
I work 12 hour shifts, 4 on then 4 off both days and nights and when I’m not working I’m usually just relaxing with films, going for walks or visiting friends and family.
I am friendly and social, however also like time to myself to chill.
My two previous housemates have been girls that I have got on well with and I am hoping to find another decent person to share my home with.
Open to short term let.
