Double room - Kings Hill

I bought this flat in Kings Hill, West Malling two years ago which had just been built.
I will be looking to rent out the spare bedroom if I find the right person.

The room is fairly small, but big enough for a double bed, but I have put a single in for now to allow more room.

I am a really clean/tidy person and I would need someone who will treat the place with the same respect I do.

Kings Hill is a lovely area with everything you need nearby.

I work shifts with early, lates and nights and when I’m not working I’m usually just relaxing with films, going for walks or visiting friends and family.
I am friendly and social, however also like time to myself to chill.

My two previous housemates have been girls that I have got on well with and I am hoping to find another decent person to share my new home with.

Open to short term let or if someone wants to use the bedroom for fewer days per week (maybe someone that works nearby that needs a place to stay on certain days each week)
