Double bedroom in new townhouse Kings Hill

This is a spare double bedroom in a family home within our new build townhouse in Kings Hill with our Sausage Dog.

We have one spare double bedroom available to rent with a shared bathroom. The room has plenty of hanging space with its newly built in wardrobes and a double bed, there is also space for bedside tables and a desk should you wish to have one.

The room is available from February when my Son goes to university.

We are hoping to find someone that is clean, considerate and respectful of the property, and easy to get along with. You should also like dogs and be someone that will get on well with our miniature Dachshund. (He is not allowed upstairs and is friendly once you get to know him)

We all work so come and go regularly throughout the week.

The kitchen has all the regular facilities you'd expect and want in a property, and you would be welcome to use this area with consideration for one another's needs.

The bathroom has a bath, over bath power shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
