There is parking space available 70 % of the time just in front of the property.. Otherwise only 2mn walk away. Very safe.
There is a point for TV. TV licence is not paid.

It is very quiet and only 2mn walk from Asda, Waitrose, and Aldi and pharmacy. Various buses go to West Malling station and it only takes 10mn. Trains go to Victoria or the City of London.
