Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells approximately 25 - 30 minutes drive away.

The room is located on the ground floor opposite a wet-room that is not used by the owner when the lodger is at home. It is accessed off the entrance hall.

Rental includes oil, electricity, landline, (up to one hour per call anytime) and broadband.

25% of Council Tax Band E is payable in addition to rent if the lodger is not registered for Council Tax at another address.

The house is located on a quiet country lane surrounded by orchards and farmland. There is off road parking and shared use of the garden, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, downstairs wet-room, landline and broadband. Garage storage is negotiable.

I am a retired teacher of Performing Arts and enjoy going to the theatre and galleries as well as eating out. I love gardening and grow flowers and a few vegetables.

West Malling is a lively town with a number of good quality restaurants and pubs as well as a Tesco metro and a variety of shops, library and post office. All major supermarkets are within a ten minute drive.
