Most bills are included (Broadband/Gas/Electric) except for contribution to Council Tax. Cleaning to be shared.

This is a perfume, aftershave, gluten and corn free household so would ask tenant to respect this.

I am a live in Landlord and work from home mostly. An ideal tenant would be a friendly, honest professional perhaps working at Biggin Hill Airport, Sevenoaks, Oxted or locally.

Current landlord reference required. Month’s deposit required. 6 month rental only.

There is a bus in Westerham that goes to Bromley, Oxted, Sevenoaks etc.
There is a train station at Oxted, just 3 miles down the road or Sevenoaks 5 miles away which serve trains into London.
