Lovely double room available in my second-floor flat in Westgate-on-Sea. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to the High Street, with easy links to Margate, Canterbury and London.

I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going and clean flatmate who’s up for the occasional beach trip or shared meal.

About Me
I work in education (Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30, with school holidays off) and moved to the area a few years ago. I love the relaxed coastal lifestyle, creative projects, good food, and exploring the culture in Margate and Canterbury. I’d love to live with someone friendly who’s open to a chat, meal or beach trip, while also being comfortable doing their own thing.

- Under 2 hours to London by train

Rent: £500-550 per month depending on cleaning arrangements
