We have a large beautiful late Victorian, early Edwardian home and we are looking to fill a spare double room with a professional person. We have the whole top floor of our house fully furnished but rarely used, which consists of two double bedrooms, a large lounge, a bathroom (with bath and shower), and a toilet so plenty of room. We also have a large patio, swim spa and barbecue area along with a sauna room. We have ample secure parking, behind electronic gates with security cameras, along with a garage for bike storage etc. and benefit from being just a hundred yards from Westgate-On-Sea train station. This provides direct trains to London Victoria and just one stop to Margate is the fast service to Canterbury, Ashford and St Pancras. Our family consists of my husband and I, and three children. Two boys 17 & 15 and a daughter of 10, who are at school during the day. We have two dogs which make use of the approximate 2 acres of garden, as do the children. The house is large and imposing and once within the grounds you feel like you are within your own quiet and peaceful park, nestled within the historic village of Westgate and a 5 minute stroll to the sea and wonderful beaches. We are looking to rent the two bedrooms on the top floor with the shared lounge and bathroom. Our current tenants who are vacating shortly have both been with us for one year. They are professional contractors, working away from home during the week, heading home to their families at weekends.
