Two rooms and a bathroom

I live in a beautiful and modern 5 bedroom house with my two boys and a little dog. The boys are very kind and well behaved. The dog loves everyone. Big garden plus elderly parents in the granny annex. Just a normal family and single parent trying to make ends meet here.

I’ve got two rooms and a bathroom at the top of our house unused. It’s pretty self contained with a door at the bottom of the stairs to close off from the main house. Happy to just rent a room or both as a kind of flat. One room could be used a living room and one as a bedroom. It currently has two single bed frames in the double room and bunk beds in the single room. Both rooms have draws and small hanging space above which aren’t the best. Im happy to remove those if not needed, I could also part furnish if needed too. Welcome to use the facilities in the kitchen etc.
