This is a large room furnished with 2 single beds (but could change for a double bed if you wanted to)tv and wardrobe. It is very spacious and clean. Lots of living space in flat with a good clean bathroom 2 living rooms and kitchen to share. The flat itself is situated 100 yards from the beach and only a five minute walk to the high street which has everything one would need there is also a train station 5 minutes walk away and good bus routes. I will only accept working tenants only. All utilitie bills are included within the rental price. Also has wi-fi. Would suit people working away from home.
