It is a very spacious and fully kitted flat with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, one double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath tub, utility room with washer-dryer and dishwasher, full-fibre high-speed broadband. It has allocated parking for 1 car on the driveway. It has two dedicated desks / work spaces (one in lounge, one in hallway) so it would make an ideal temporary home for someone wanting a creative retreat, a digital nomad or similar. The flat is on the first floor, in a period building shared with only two other flats, super quiet and not overlooked, within a 10-min walking distance to the beach and Whitstable town centre and easy reach of public transport including trains into London. Please note that due to the only access to the first floor, being via a spiral staircase, the flat is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Rent is inclusive of bills.
