Sunny room overlooking the garden

I have a double room on the first floor at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and small table. There is also a reclining chair. The bathroom is next door and shared with me. The kitchen is shared with me, and there is a dining room table which can be used to eat at. There is a lovely sunny back garden which can be used plus an outside lavatory. I have a pussycat and when I am away from home, I would ask for him to be looked after. There is free parking in my road and adjacent roads. A short walk to Chestfield & Swalecliffe train station and bus stops. Very close to Tankerton shops, micro pubs and eateries, and close to the seafront.
