Light, double Room in creative/ friendly home

Nice size double room in shared house
Lovely quite location , close to bus stop , M&S, Aldi and Estuary View Medical Practice , 15 min from the beach, The room is cosy but comfortable the shared spaces are fabulous and include a conservatory and a lovely little Permaculture designed garden that we still come and take care of .in the spring and summer, two or three times to keep on top of it. There is a shed and a garage that can be used for storing a bike and a couple of boxes.
Our tenants are a lovely bunch of creative and friendly interesting people , a writer , a music promoter , a musician..
One is a couple and share a room.
The home has a boho feel to it , hundreds of books , great paintings and a piano.
