Double furnished room to rent in Whitstable

I'm looking to rent a double room in my house.
The room is furnished to include small double bed, memory foam matress, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. Size of the room is on the photo. Photo isn't great and there is a lot of floor space which isn't pictured.

The house is based in a quite area which backs onto the crab and winkle way (providing a lovely walk to Canterbury). It has a back secluded garden, with table and chairs and gets a lot of sun.

Bills are included (sky, gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband) up to an amount.

Lovely area, 5 minute walk to the train station (takes you to st pancreas in less than 1 hour), on main bus route to Canterbury and Herne Bay, 10 minute walk to the town, 15 minute walk to the beach. Two big supermarkets down the road.

No smoking in the house, but in the garden is fine.

I have a cat and a horse. I have a fulltime job and quite a busy lifestyle so would like someone who respects this.
