This is a fully furnished, fully self-contained small annexe within the courtyard/garden of a 19th Century Coach House. It has a lounge/dining area, a kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Rent is dependent on length of stay which is flexible:

3-5 months - £800pcm
2m - £900pcm
2-7 weeks - £250 per week.
Deposit is £500.

weekly/monthly cost includes all bills and all services.

The only things required by anyone to stay here on any weekly or monthly basis is their own bedding and duvet.
