Clean, modern with plantation shutters at the windows and a ceiling fan to keep cool in the summer. The bathroom contains a bath with a shower over. The shared kitchen includes, glass, cutlery and pots and pans with a washing machine for laundry. The front garden is available to use and there is on street permit parking available via Ashford Borough Council. Unfortunately this room is not suitable to accommodate couples, children or pets. There is a designated smoking area outside in the front garden. No smoking in the premises.
