Self contained flatlett

I have converted the loft area, into a flatlet. It has a lounge / diner, luxury bathroom, large bedroom and a small kitchenette. Ideally suited to a couple, but a single (reduced rate) or a small family (slight increased) could be accommodated.
Note, the kitchen area will be installed mid-end March
It's near to the William Harvey hospital, so ideal for workers there, on short to medium term contacts. Also just off junction 10 of M20, so all Kent is easily accessible.
It's all inclusive of nice furnishings, all utility bills, council tax and broadband too. The flat is also cleaned and linen changed on a weekly basis.
It also has shared accommodation downstairs, a large kitchen with conservatory, owners home gym, and big garden (but a private patio are is available).
It's a high let fee as its particularly nice, as well as nice residential area too. I'm open to offers / discussions for short term let's.
