Double room close to WHH

The room has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table/desk and chair and large chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with 1 other rooms (occupied by single female).
The price is inclusive of furnishings, all utility bills, council tax and broadband. The room is also cleaned and linen changed on a weekly basis. We are happy to consider any length from one week onwards and we are flexible so accommodation is renewable on a weekly basis if this is preferable.
It also has shared accommodation, a large kitchen with conservatory, owners home gym, and big garden.
It's a nice quiet residential area.
