Double room in Wingham, Canterbury

**Please note the flat is curreny on the market for sale so more suited to short term/flexible houseshares. Had zero interest so far so I can't think it's going to sell quickly**

I have a 2nd similar size double room available unfurnished from 15th May.

*** A double room to let in lovely first floor maisonette in Wingham, Canterbury. In a nice area, 15 mins from Canterbury city center with buses that run regularly and local train stations within a 5 minute drive. There is
plenty of parking on the road outside. Wingham has a couple of pubs, shops etc and is also surrounded by countryside.

The accommodation is on the first floor but it has its own downstairs entrance, conservatory and large garden.
There is a modern shared bathroom and kitchen. These areas are always kept clean and tidy, as is the house in general. Everyone pitches in for cleaning, hoovering and everyone cleans up behind them leaving it nice for the next person.

No preference to male/female but a non-smoker/no drugs/no heavy drinker is essential. Full time working professional ideal please. I would prefer someone who is going out to work (possibly mature study). A couple may be considered (£150 per month extra).

A dog savvy person is a must. I have a lovely cross breed dog. She does not go in housemates rooms. She is well behaved, extremely cute and gives great cuddles! She is never left home alone. I may consider sharing with someone who has small animals or exotics but no cats or dogs, sorry.

I am friendly, fairly quiet, considerate and easy to get along with. I am out at work a lot (12-14 hours daily often). House is always clean and tidy, although lived in and not perfect. Looking for somebody with a positive, friendly mind-set and outlook on life and is clean, tidy and considerate to others. I have shared my home successfully for the past 15 years, with housemates staying anywhere between 3 months and 4 years. Although I (and the other housemate) are sociable and happy to chat it's probably best suited to someone happy with their own company at times and not needing to sit in a shared kitchen/living room in the evening. We do not have a shared living room (all rooms have enough space for chairs/sofas/desks). I am also careful with electric and heating (not crazy so) but if you like tropical temperatures all years round this probably is not the place for you.

Rent includes bills including internet.

The room is a good size and can be furnished or unfurnished, it is currently part furnished inlcudes small double bed. NOTE - Furniture in pictures will not be here as belongs to previous housemates. Not suitable for children staying overnight.
