I am a single professional, living in Wingham (just outside of Canterbury!) I live in a small 3 bed cottage with small outside area, lovely kitchen, 1 reception area/study, snug and 1 bathroom. All modern and well decorated, with an open fire too, which is lovely!
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 large which I occupy, and two smaller (1 is large enough for a double) and the other is used to clothes storage etc for that occupant!
I moved to Kent around 7/8 months ago, and still settling - I don't really know anyone, and work over in Rochester, so no parties etc - very quiet at the moment! I do have a very friendly Silver Labrador, his name is Fred! He mostly comes to work with me, but would no doubt relish the idea of staying home with someone if and when able! No responsibilities on another, but would love if someone would love him nearly as much as I do! He keeps himself to himself, quite lazy, but will let you know if he fancies playing!
I work in Rochester, so I leave around 6am, and get home around 5pm-ish - I like to chill, have dinner, walk Fred - nothing hectic.
To houseshare; half rent and all bills included, inc. wifi and so on; I would be looking around £850, but happy to discuss.
