Beautiful large village house, recently restored

owing to the ill health of parents, my wife and I have moved out of our beautiful home to be nearer to them. The house has five bedrooms, of which we intend to rent out three. this means that each tenant would have a floor to themselves and a bathroom each. The house is beautifully furnished with a lovely music room with a grand piano. perfect for a music student or professor. there is hi speed wifi throughout the house. a lovely garden and two terraces as well as two tortoises who romp around the garden in spring and summer. there are three wood burners and plenty of logs for the winter and a kitchen diner stocked with everything you need. All bills will be included. Come and take a look round. there is a bus every 30 mins from outside the house to Canterbury and in the opposite direction to Sandwich. Two shops, a bakery, two farm shops, two amazing pubs and an Indian restaurant. WIngham is a friendly and beautiful village.
