A beautiful flat in Wingham close to Canterbury

Lodger wanted in the beautiful village of Wingham. I am looking for a professional or mature student as a lodger for my spare room. I have also previously had students who are on placement at the local zoo! Under twenty minute drive from Canterbury City centre. The village has a regular, direct bus route 50 metres away. The village also has lots of amenities, including a very friendly pub about 50 m, a grocery, bakers, post office etc.

A happy and quiet location with sheep outside! The flat is warm and homely and fairly spacious.

I would be open to discussing other arrangements such as Monday to Friday if someone preferred.
