Hi, double room available from April. The home is newly refurbished and a happy place. wifi and bills included, use of washing machine and dishwasher too. I am looking for a sensible person as it is a family home. Driving would be easier but there is a trainstation 10 minute walk from here. Its only a 10 min drive to Canterbury. Must be friendly, considerate and clean. I have pes. There is a garden. Shared bathroom and another toilet downstairs.
I work full time and my children are at school and spend 2/3 nights away a week. We are and active family and like to be out and about. Please don't hesitate to contact me, call or text for further info or questions.
