Newly refurbished, well decorated and clean house, in a beautiful village a short drive from Ashford International.
Large double bedroom with en suite (very decent shower), kingsize bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
All bills included, fast internet, cupboard and fridge space, access to lounge/kitchen/dining area/garden with patio/washing machine & tumble dryer.

I live alone, it is a 3 bed but I’m only going to rent one of the spare bedrooms. I have two friendly dogs that are extremely well trained (they are working dogs, as well as pets).

Looking for someone who is:-
easy going, clears up after themselves, respectful and likes dogs.
I work Monday-Fri 9-5 as a social worker. I am sociable and friendly but not “full on”. Many evenings I will be out seeing friends/family or doing fitness.
