Room in country home

Room:
Large double room with Super King bed, walk in storage and ensuite shower room.

House:
The room is in a 5 bedroom country home. Shared areas as follows:
1. Large kitchen/Diner/Family room
2. Conservatory
3. Games room - Pool Table, Darts etc
4. Living room
5. Small gym (weights, rowing machine, bike, punch bag)
6. 7 acres of gardens and meadows to enjoy
8. Garden room dome in field

Location:
Located in the village of Wootton, 15 minutes drive from Canterbury and 20 minute drive to Folkestone. There is a bus stop which is a 10 min cross country or 20 minute by road walk with regular buses to both Canterbury and Folkestone. The award winning pub, The Jackdaw is a 10 minute cross country stroll. There are regular events at the Wootton village hall including pop-up pubs and yoga classes. Whilst there is a bus stop within walking distance, you would probably need a car due to the rural location.

Housemates:
We are live-in landlords. A family of four, with two daughters aged 8 & 10. We both work from home as sustainability and risk consultants.
We have a new addition to the family, a rescue puppy called Mori. He is a Malinois cross German Shepherd and only 10 months old.
Would suit someone who likes children, loves dogs and enjoys countryside living.

*** IMPORTANT *** You must be confident with dogs. Mori is a high energy, young dog and will take a little while to get used to you! Once he does he is an absolute delight!

NB: We are not considering couples at this time.
