Bathroom with bath/shower and downstairs cloakroom, Dining room and very modern kitchen with high end appliances. Also an attractive garden and patio area. A sanctuary and sun trap for those who enjoy some quiet time and fresh air if you so wish.
You will be sharing the house with just myself. I'm a professional and friendly guy, the house is very clean and a cleaner also comes in on a regular basis. Due to my profession and social life, the house will be available for your sole use on many occasions.
Smokers welcome, but only in the garden.

Wouldham, a friendly village, has a choice of two pubs and an Indian restaurant only 5 mins walk away. Plus a local Coop, simply M&S, pizza take away, Costa coffee, Mcdonalds, dentist, and beauty salon all within a few minutes drive.
