Tastefully decorated large double room with sliding wardrobes, double bed and a bright aspect with views towards the church and river valley. Bedding and towels will be supplied but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer.
On road parking always available. Multiple train stations within 10 minutes and good access to M2 and M20.
The room comes with the following shared facilities all recently modernised and decorated. Bathroom with bath/shower and downstairs cloakroom, Dining room and modern kitchen with high end appliances. The living room will sometimes be available, when my partner and I are away. Also an attractive garden and patio area. A sanctuary and sun trap for those who enjoy some quiet time and fresh air if you so wish.
You will be sharing the house with just myself and my partner, Caroline. I'm a professional and friendly guy, the house is very clean and a cleaner also comes in on a regular basis. Due to my profession and social life, the house will be available for your sole use on many occasions.
Smokers welcome, but only in the garden.

Wouldham, a friendly village, has a choice of two pubs and an Indian restaurant only 5 mins walk away. Plus a local Coop, simply M&S, pizza take away, Costa coffee, Mcdonalds, dentist, and beauty salon all within a few minutes drive.
References and proof of income will be required.
The room may become available earlier than stated.
1 month rental of £700 and a security deposit of £700 will be required up front.
