Double room to let in vegetarian house in Wye Kent

One double room to let in terraced house in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood in cul de sac.
Non smoking, non vaping house with small but productive organic garden. One cat already here so, sorry, but no further pets allowed.
No children or couples please. No exceptions..
English need not be a first language but will be required for contract signing and basic communication, etc.
Deposit and minimum of 2 references required.
Mature, female professional preferred but others would be considered if they met all other criteria. My home would suit a retired professional who enjoys intelligent conversation, vegetarian cooking, classical music, astronomy.
Soap operas or "reality" programs are never watched. Is Strictly a reality show?
Piano in the house, but not tuned at present.
Solar panels on roof. Wood burning stove provides most of the heating and electricity comes, in part, from solar panels. So it would be expected that washing machine, dish washer, etc be used during daylight hours only.
Water bills will be shared but other bills, provided they don't suddenly skyrocket, are included in the rent.
One shared bathroom.
Help with garden maintenance would be expected at times and half of the house cleaning.
