Large double room with en suite and living area

A large double room with en suite bathroom and own living area is available on the top floor of my bungalow. The renter will have their own space and privacy and the house is situated in a quiet residential street within walking distance of the town’s main street where many shops and restaurants are situated. A professional female tennent would be preferred.
